Project decision:

The plot has an area of 402m². Bordered on the west and north with streets and to the south and east with other properties. The family house building is situated freely in the plot, meeting all the requirements for heights and distances. The basic approach for cars and access to the  house building is from the northwest. East of the building  there is a pool measuring 5/3 m, 1.40 m depth, scope-21m³


The building is a family house of two floors and an open verandah +5.95.

The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

The second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna. Stairs and elevators reach level + 5.95, which is a terrace, partly covered by a pergola. The construction is traditional monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof structure is fulfilled as a flat roof.

Materials for surface treatment and shaping of facades:

White and gray mineral plaster, PVC windows, glass railing, stone,  HPL panels, trellis.

The architectural image is designed to be in accordance with the surrounding natural and architectural environment.
