PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The development is made on the basis of an assignment by the Contracting Authority, aiming to clarify the functional, spatial and architectural and artistic decision of the site, as well as the technical and economic indicators achieved with the project (areas, volumes, number of users), when used for its construction. reinforced concrete elements with the IBT system / thermal insulation, coarse-grained, remaining formwork /.
The structure of the building can be considered as prefabricated - consisting of monolithic elements.
The implementation of the project requires 6 reinforced concrete elements, pre-prepared in the factory (formwork - dimensions and shape according to the project; reinforcement, concrete). Prior to the delivery and installation, the site up to level 0.00 should be built on the ground in advance.
Level breakdown:
- elevation 0.00 - entrance hall with direct access to the second level staircase to the second level, WC and open plan room and separate areas: kitchen, dining room and living room. The veranda is in spatial connection with the living space, and during the warm seasons, by opening the shop windows, a desired extension of the rest, eating and eating areas is achieved. Floor area - 53,50 m2 + 39,27 m2 porch.

The façade is a combination of planking and lining with Al sheet with standing rebate, with PVC coating in white. The windows are Al - in graphite color. The railing on the second level terrace is glass. For shading the porch is designed pergola of metal elements and horizontally laid boards.
