The building was designed to take over the activities of the MINON fashion house, namely - the production and sale of formal wear and bridal outfits.
It is situated on open ground in an unurbanized territory, just before the town of Burgas on the road from Sofia.
As a function, the building was developed on the basis of the company's concept of production and realization of its production, which makes it a rather non-standard type - combining service, commercial, production and administrative activities.
The building is maximally set back from the road to ensure sufficient space for communication services and completeness in the visual perception of the volumes.
The aspiration is for the building to acquire an essential and situationally specific identity.
In traditions and customs, "two dozen" (2×12) is a sign of prosperity, happiness and wealth. And two dozen vertical elements in ascending order form the basis of the volumetric plastic composition of the complex.
Special attention is paid to the temporal development of the composition when driving on the Sofia-Burgas road...
The entire architectural project of the building was prepared in a phase - conceptual design by Architectural Studio "Vertical" EOOD, under the direction of architect Tsvetan Simeonov.
