Developed comprehensive architectural building - situated freely in the plot met all set heights and distances. The basic approach for cars and access to the building is from the north.

Architectural project for building for a two-family house on one floor with two separate entrances: Home №1 with entrance from the west and housing №2 with input from iztok.
House №1: the building entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, toilet, two bathrooms, covered porch and garage.
Home №2: living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony.
Building construction is traditional monolithic concrete with insulation provided.
Color and Materials:
The roof is flat. The facade is a combination of white, gray mineral plaster and paneling HPL.
Under the direction of architect Tsvetan Simeonov and architect Ivaylo Simeonov has prepared a complete architectural design of a semi-detached residential building in Lozovo c. Burgas.
