Situational solution and approaches
The residential buildings are located in two adjacent plots: UPI XVIII -1640, with an area of 1841 m2 and UPI XXIII - on an area of 1165.23 m2. They are bordered to the south and east by a street, and to the west and north by other properties. 4 single-family three-story residential buildings are located freely in the first plot, and in the second - 1 multi-family, four-story residential building. .
Building "A1" and Building "A2" (mirror) are residential buildings with two single-family homes, which have a common wall and a separate entrance. Buildings "B1" and B2" are identical and represent residential buildings, each with two single-family dwellings, which have a common wall and a separate entrance.
The development is situated within the limits of the restrictive development lines. The main approaches for cars and for access to the buildings are from the east.
