Situational decision approaches:
Allotted for building 535m2 property is bordered to the southeast and southwest with other
properties and the northwest and northeast of streets. The property has a building on two floors,
to which will be built the new building. The wooden roof of the existing building will be removed,
and replaced by a flat roof. All the requirements for heights and distances are fulfilled.
Floor plan:
-the elevation - 0.00: grocery store, warehouses, staff room
-the elevation +3.40: two one-bedroom apartments consisting of a bedroom and living room
(kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV module).
-the elevation +6.20: one bedroom apartment consisting of two bedrooms and a day space vo
(kitchen, sofa and TV module)
Traditional construction is solid concrete with insulation provided. The roof is flat.
Materials for surface treatment and shaping of facades:
White and colored mineral plaster, PVC windows, glass railing tiling , plates sheating - HPL panels,
trellis.
Seeking an architectural design in accordance with the surrounding natural and built environment.
