"The Stump"
The tree, as a plant, is the basis of the existence of the planet, and as a material contributes to the development of civilization to this day. It is not by chance that it rises into an aesthetic cult, which strengthens despite the development of high technologies and manages to affect both visually and through touch and smell.
MoodWood is a project that aims to express the essence of wood and expose it in the modern minimalist interior, creating a meaningful accent.
The "stump" - functionally, it is a small three-legged chair made of ash, on which we can sit - in the hall to tie our shoelaces or around a low living room table.
Technical description: it is made of dead wood - ash, with preserved bark. The blanks are shaped at about 40% humidity and are finished and finely ground after reaching 12% humidity and finishing the deformations.
