PROJECT DESCRITION:
The architectural project was developed in the conceptual phase with precise geodesy with the aim of the Contracting Authority to obtain an accurate and final distribution.
Situational decision and approaches:
The plot is located in the quarter of Vazrajdane - one of the central residential districts in Burgas. Unfortunately, much of the construction was done during the first boom in construction in the 1990s, without the necessary modern construction and technical requirements.
The property designated for development is 488 m² / on a sketch /, bordered on the north and west by streets, and on the east and south by other properties. The plot is angular and the newly designed building is to the east and south. The use of the yard is via a passage from Debelt Street. The building has five floors, ground floor and basement.
All PUP heights and distances are observed.
The construction is traditional - solid, reinforced concrete with thermal insulation.
