The houses are located in two adjacent plots, which are bordered by a street to the east, and other properties to the west, south and north. The buildings have two floors and are located freely on the plot. Their construction is traditional monolithic reinforced concrete, with ensured thermal insulation.
On the first floor there is a warehouse, a garage, an entrance hall, from which you enter a common room - a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. An internal interior staircase, developed in the living area, leads to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms, one of which has a wardrobe and a private bathroom with WC.
The facade is ventilated with aluminum cladding panels in graphite color and in wood decor, in natural color. The porch is covered with decking. The plinth is lined with stone. The joinery is aluminum, in graphite color. The roof is flat with external drainage, with the downpipes hidden under the ventilated facade.
