Situation, approaches:
The land allocated for construction is 5251 m2 and is bordered on the east and south by an existing road, and on the east, north and west by other land properties. There is a production building on the plot and the development of the new building is to the west of it. The main approach to the building is from the south.

-on elevation +0.00: production Hall
- at elevation +5.87: assembly room, painting room, warehouse, changing rooms, canteen and sanitary facilities
- at elevation +9.47: offices, meeting room
The construction of the building is metal. In the area of the floor above the metal structure, on sheet metal, as the remaining formwork, a concrete floor is poured... The roof structure - metal frames and capitals and on them panels with a slope of 2% and waterproofing.... On the facades - on an assembly grid - mono panels... the heels are monolithic – brickwork and concrete belts….
Technology - technological process, technological equipment.
The production process is – cutting with a beam circular saw furniture details from laminated wood particle boards and their edging with PVC edging. The details are intended both for furniture manufacturing companies and for private individuals for personal needs... The surfaces are 366/180cm in size and are stored on cantilever racks at levels up to a height of 4.50m. Unloading, storing and feeding them in the work hall is done with a forklift.
The inputs and outputs – raw material/laminated boards/, finished product/cut details/, customers and staff are marked on the drawing.
The work hall has dimensions of 5m height up to the suspended ceiling. In it are located the beam circular - 3pcs, 2pcs. the edging machine and a center, observing the necessary distances for servicing the machines. A place is allocated for the temporary storage of euro-pallet parts for one order, after which the pallets are wheeled out of the work hall and stored in the warehouse area. Where they await an expedition. Natural and artificial lighting, general and local ventilation are provided in the work hall/ on the circular for removing the shavings/... The shavings are collected in plastic bags and, together with the cutting waste, are taken to the landfill...
The two machines in the work hall are served by two workers and one motorcar driver - a total of 12 workers, for which a utility room, a bathroom and a rest room are allocated.
On the second floor is the assembly and painting department, which takes place in a chamber with its own ventilation...
The building was designed according to the legal documents in force in the country and provides the necessary conditions for safety and hygiene of work and living. It should be equipped with the mobile fire fighting equipment required by Ordinance No. 2. The realization of the object does not imply outside the normative pollution of the environment or noise.
