An architectural project of a building - a closed bus stop and a computer club in the village of Kosharitsa was made at the request of the municipality of Nessebar, a visa was issued and agreed, and it aims to give a proposal for the reconstruction of the existing building into a bus stop.
When deriving the architectural image, there is a fixation on the word "cow", which is in the genesis of the name of the village. Basic elements imposed by the barn as an archetype were used to develop and shape the current building with all the freedom that modern architecture allows.
The existing building is a one-story semi-solid building, measuring 5.50 m by 19.30 m. Currently, part /about half/ of the building is used for a computer club, and the other part is unusable. The intentions are to keep the computer club as such and to convert the unused part into an indoor bus waiting area. For this purpose, the opening of an entrance and the glazing of the solid northern wall is necessary.
After an inspection of the building and a constructive opinion that it has no columns and a reliable foundation, and its roof structure - "car-ceiling" - is compromised, it follows that it cannot be rebuilt and used without substantial changes to strengthen its structure .
Situation:
The building is located in the center of the village. Opposite it there is a parking lot and a restaurant. The site has the potential to create a recognizable element of the urban environment.
The reconstructed area is 107.00 m2
The materials used to form the facades are usual for the environment: wooden cladding, white smooth plaster, white metal cladding on the sides and roof, gray aluminum joinery.
Under the guidance of architects - Simeonovi, a complete architectural project was developed - a working project phase.
