-at elevation -2.80;-3.40 are located: restaurant; 9 storage rooms and sanitary facilities. Floor area – 375.42 m².
- at elevation 0.00: 5 stores for industrial goods, warehouses and sanitary facilities attached to them, total area - 364.42m².
- at elevation +3.40: 7 two-room apartments. Land area – 522.46m².
- at elevation +6.20: 4 two-room apartments and 2 three-room apartments. Land area – 455.81m².
- at elevation +9.00: 5 two-room apartments and 1 three-room apartment. Land area – 456.08m².
- at elevation +11.80: 6 attics.
The facades are treated with colored mineral plasters, metal railings and aluminum joinery.
The entire Architectural project of a shopping center in the city of Sunny Beach was prepared in a phase - working project by Architectural Studio "Vertical" EOOD, under the direction of architect Tsvetan Simeonov
