Situational solution, approaches:
The building is located in UPI XV, quarter 23 of the PZ, town of Sliven. . The main approach to the building is from the east. Parking is provided within the property. At the front of the plot, the showroom and the shopping area are completely glazed. After them, the following were developed:- the administration, the commercial area, the work halls and the truck hall. The building is walkable and accessible from all sides. There is a parking lot for customers in front of the showroom.
Volumetric-spatial characteristics and architectural image.
The aspiration in the design process is maximum compliance with certain technological schemes and volume-spatial principles.
Contents:
- at elevation 0.00 – showroom, coffee bar, offices, meeting room, auction. area, receivers, diagnostics, instrumental, spare parts warehouse, car and truck repair shops, baking chamber, colorist, compressor, boiler room and oil warehouse.
- at elevation +3.20 – offices, archive, meeting room, warehouse, women's and men's battle rooms, and dining hall.
The construction is monolithic in the areas of the floor distributions and metal in the area of the showroom and the halls for trucks and cars. The external walls are built with metal panels, and the partitions are made of YTONG, plasterboard and aluminum joinery.
The entire architectural project of the building was prepared in a phase - working project by architectural Studio "Vertikali" EOOD, under the direction of architect Tsvetan Simeonov
