Administrative and domestic building of UNIBETONI, Burgas
In UPI I-455, 519,520,521,522,523, quarter 6, PZ "Sever", Burgas, on an area of 4664 sq.m. is located the production base of the company UNIBETONI - specialized in the production of concrete and concrete mixtures. In the property, in addition to the facilities of the concrete center, there is also a massive building on one floor, which is used for administrative and domestic activities.
The aim of the project is to renovate and expand the building. Taking into account the technical opinion on its condition and based on architectural photography, the project proposes a complete change of distributions and facades. The old pitched roof is removed, one floor is upgraded, on which the administrative part with a meeting hall and two offices is separated, and on the first floor - household, sanitary and storage rooms are separated.
The new construction is mixed: reinforced concrete columns and metal construction with a flat roof. The facades are lined with aquapanel.
Natural lighting on the second floor is achieved through full glazing with aluminum profile showcases.
The architectural image of the building is modern. The following were used: white and dark gray mineral plasters and aluminum joinery with gray solar slats.
