PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The plot is located freely, in its southwestern end, a three-story building with an area of 303,29 m2. It is designed as a hut, with rooms at each level (each with a bathroom and WC) and halls for common use with sanitary facilities. Its construction is monolithic reinforced concrete with a sloping wooden roof.
The interior reconstruction of the premises of the existing building distinguishes different types and capacities of accommodation units, which, in terms of equipment and dimensions, are determined to meet the category 2 stars, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the categorization of accommodation establishments. Keeping the volume and shape of the building without upgrading, adjusting and without affecting structural elements, using a stone lining on the plinth, white cladding and mineral plaster in color white, as well as the roof covering of Al sheet with a standing rebate, is creates a contemporary architectural vision in harmony with the natural environment.
In the rest of the property there are four groups of two two-story buildings, each with independent entrance. On the first level are developed kitchen, dining room and living room in a common room with open plan, bedroom and toilet. On the second level there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom to it. The new four volumes are adjacent to the existing building and together form the space of the complex, structured in a densely wooded forest. The nature of the new buildings aims, on the one hand, to obey the existing volume while preserving the characteristics of the pitched roof and the relatively small volume compared to the existing one, and on the other - developing the principles laid down with all the freedom that modern architecture allows.
Everywhere, both in the exterior of the buildings and in the landscaping, stone, wood and very large windows or reflecting surfaces are laid to blend the buildings with nature and forest.
The necessary parking spaces are provided.
For the newly designed guest houses an interior project has also been developed.
