The contractors are the three owners, with separate businesses, but in partnership with each other.
The project envisages the construction of three buildings - a connected development, side by side at a joint, developed as separate sub-sites: Hall No. 1 ("Vedomstven autoservice"); Hall #2 ("Service Base") and Hall #3 ("Production Base").
The construction of the entire complex is metal: metal frames, capitals and columns to support the mounting grid for the facade and roof monopanels.
